There is an enclosed rear garden which includes a small patio area. The bungalow has an oil combi-boiler for central heating and hot water.

The kitchen is fully equiped and includes a fridge freezer, double oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and crockery, cutlery and saucepans.  A dishwasher and washing machine are also available for use.

The sitting room comfortably sits six people and has a smart TV. There is a woodburning stove which can be used during the colder months for additional heat. Books and games are available and should you not have time to complete a borrowed book please take it home with you.  We just ask that you leave another one in its place.

The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and a chest of drawers. The window overlooks the front of the house and looks out onto Bolt Tail.

Overlooking the back garden, the 3rd bedroom has a single bed with a pull out bed underneath should it be required.

The second bedroom also overlooks Bolt Tail and has two single beds. This room has its own washbasin.
