Situated in Weymouth Park a few minutes walk from the cliff top that leads down into Hope Cove, the bungalow enjoys lovely views looking out to Bolt Tail and the sea. The Bungalow is in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac and at the back has an enclosed garden that looks onto fields. Hope Cove provides an excellent centre should you wish to have a traditional family beach holiday or enjoy a walking holiday, or alternatively just to relax and enjoy the beautiful South Hams Scenery. The village boasts a pub and an award winning cafe/bistro and a small art gallery as well as two sandy beaches with rocky areas that are excellent for rock pooling and building sand castles.

The village shop sells most of the basics and there is a very good pub in the village that welcomes children. There is a Tesco, as well as a Morrisons supermarket at Kingsbridge which also has an excellent range of local shops. Nearby Malborough has a good mini mart at its garage. Salcombe with its bustling harbour and shops is only a 15 minute drive away, whilst Thurlestone with its golf course and tennis courts, pub and beach provides plenty to do and is an enjoyable 20 minute cliff top walk away.

There are 3 bedrooms, one with a king size double bed, one with 2 single beds, and one with a single and pull out single if needed. There is one bathroom with w/c, basin, and bath with overhead shower. The house is open plan, sitting room with tv, dining room and kitchen area. Internet is available.
